ICT consulting is something that has driven our company for more than 20 years. Embedded systems were our first area, and eventually our business expanded into areas such as VoIP, POS system, automation of traditional manufacturing, DevOps.
Our goal in consulting services is to help Your company in achieving or maintaining competitiveness. In doing so, our role is advising You on how to use information technology in the best way to achieve your business goals, and implementing new solutions.
In this sense, our services include network analysis, that is system architecture, VoIP consulting, SaaS integration and managed services.

System architecture represents the overall design of Your company’s technology system, platform, or program. System architecture is becoming more strategically important in terms of maintaining the company’s competitiveness. Technological package of a company should be structured so well that it can support the current and future business needs. In this sense, system architect engages in designing, planning, and as well pricing the project and conducting quality control. In doing so, architect manages our team of designers and engineers, and aims to establish standard procedures that will help in controlling the risks associated with Your projects. VoIP consulting represents assistance in developing, implementing, and optimizing Your networks and systems to achieve reliable VoIP functionalities. Software as a Service (SaaS) is the way of licensing applications and accessing the application in which users, through network, access an application located on our infrastructure (or another SaaS provider’s infrastructure).
SaaS integration, or integration of SaaS application, represents connecting the SaaS applications with another application on the cloud or with local software via an application programming interface (API). Once connected, the application can request and share data with other application or local system. Integrating the system reduces the need for manual work and ensures reliability in transferring data from one system to another.
A great advantage of this model for Your company is that you have no need for local infrastructure. Also, in case of problems and need to update the application, corrections are applied to the central point instead of on each end point in the company, and thus You are spared the loss of time.

Managed services represents a comprehensive set of activities, from implementation to support and development, with a goal to prevent problems in the system before they impact the users. As part of this service, we help Your company maintain IT operations using company’s end points and applications, and to align technology and resources with Your business goals. In doing so, we ensure safety during operations, including security of end points, network security, and security of the cloud. Aim of this service is to reduce the load of the organizational part of the company and increase the reliability of the technology.

  • Implementation of CI/CD – Setting up CI/CD pipelines and automation with repositories. Customer training on tool usage and external tools that are required for DevOps cycle. Ensure that best practices are applied to each customer even when they are keen to do things legacy way.
  • Managed services – Working as a release manager for customer. Responsibility of maintaining customer system configuration, version control system & coordination of different deployment team releases (in-house developers & 3rd party developers). Writing SOQL for data loading of Salesforce sandboxes. Create templates for environment provisioning. Keeping sandboxes in check with best practices. Set up webhooks for 3rd party customer developers that work on private sandboxes.
  • Process improvement – working with management team on improving implementation team process from sales on boarding to handing over to deployment. This has resulted in better efficiency inside department as each phase of project has been correctly identified and connected to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Technical accomplishments – Help engineering team with QA stories and fill out bug reports. Provide feedback using Agile methodology.
  • Customer relationship – design solutions for Enterprise customers, face to face design sessions with customer and onsite support for go live.
  • Churn risk customers – Work with churn risk customers for successful turnaround. Mitigate dissatisfied customers and help them utilize the tool to the fullest capacity.
  • Data backup – Implement data storage solution for customers. Customer training on the tools and help them with technical limitations of API with data extraction.
